I thought it was boring af to travel by myself to Mexico. I did it once to try out but rather travel with friends
I depends on the type of personality you have and the things you like to do. If you have no problem being sociable and having conversations with people as you venture out on different things and activities you'll have fun.

I went to New York and Miami by myself.

I went to New York to catch the Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, & Arsenio Hall show at the Radio City Music Hall. That was my first time in NY.

My solo trip to Miami was also my first there. I linked up with several groups of women looking to have fun. This was one of my favorite trips. Move at my own pace. I literally stayed up all night smoking weed and cigar and watched the sunrise. It was so beautiful. A couple mornings, i had a cup of coffee and sat on the beach for the sun to rise.

When you travel by yourself inspect your weed closely. I try to get anybody I hang with IG. I want to see if you have something to lose back home. Dont venture off too far, remember you're an alien. Defuse any issue that could arise and/or tuck your ego and walk away.

I want to do a Cali trip solo next. Get a rental and AirBnB all the way down the pacific coast highway for a full week.

How you did a solo trip and still met ppl? I always travel in large groups. I wanna try solo tho but ion know.

Social media and apps.

IG: Network with people in the city you're traveling to. Dating apps: Set up to meet with girls. I've also met people who have mentioned the couch surfing travel app.

Also, you could just do it the old fashioned way and meet people at bars or some shyt. When I went to Portland and Seattle, i stayed in a hostel and went out with people I met there -- domestic and international travelers.

I'm kind of an anti-social introvert and 90% of my trips for the past 20 years have been on my own. Actually makes more sense imo. Move at my own pace, sometimes I meet people, sometimes not, sometimes I visit friends, sometimes not, most important for me is being free and moving at my own pace. But that's also because I'm mostly interested in cultural stuff and taking time to walk around cities. If I were more into partying or the beach then yeah being with friends would be more fun for sure.
True. It really does depend on the person. I just find the experience travelling alone inn another country 10x better if you connect with locals

I didnt meet up with anybody in those trips. I met random groups of chicks in Miami and kicked it with them a few hours. I went to the beach a few times by myself. I had my Beats pill, a bottle of Bellaire, a sub sandwich, fruit, and a blunt. That shyt freaking LIFE.
:win:

When I went to NY, I stayed to myself. I met this dude from the Bronx at the comedy show but dude didnt quite give great vibes. Seem like a good dude but I was too far outta my element in NY.

Oh for sure. When I get a little more out of my shell/shyness those are the best moments. That's also why I like going back to Italy because they're often talkative enough for two :russ:
