I've been to Paris, Dubai, and Ethiopia by myself. I've been to several other countries in groups but in my experience, it's better to travel solo. That way, I am on my own time and I can do what I want to do and when. Of course it can be dangerous traveling alone but I just travel light, stay in touristy areas, and don't dress too flashy. I'm headed to Colombia in a few weeks but this time I'm solo and I can't wait.
I thought it was boring af to travel by myself to Mexico. I did it once to try out but rather travel with friends

I never traveled outside family vacations, but I imagine traveling solo will make you a well rounded person. There's just something about being able to adapt in any environment and have a good time whereas most folks need friends around.
It really does imo and just let's you reset from the stressor of life.

you met women in the street while venturing out? Your post reads like you set it up before the trip

Nope I met random groups of chicks at my hotel and on Collins. I met this bad azz chick from Boston walking back to my hotel. Come to find out we were walking back to the same hotel. Had drinks at the bar then walked the beach. Made her feel comfortable. Next day she was all over my azz.

I do it all the time. As long as you're not some anti-social introvert it's no problem.

I'm kind of an anti-social introvert and 90% of my trips for the past 20 years have been on my own. Actually makes more sense imo. Move at my own pace, sometimes I meet people, sometimes not, sometimes I visit friends, sometimes not, most important for me is being free and moving at my own pace. But that's also because I'm mostly interested in cultural stuff and taking time to walk around cities. If I were more into partying or the beach then yeah being with friends would be more fun for sure.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
That's the only way I travel

I have hit up Miami and Tampa by myself, it's cool bc you get to do the things you want to do when you want to do it. For me that's hitting the strip clubs and fukking the women.

That’s wassup. When I travel alone it’s mostly to eat a new restaurants and explore cultural amenities of that location.
