Good luck with that prescription for simvastatin

:ahh: 5'8" 169 pounds, runner and weight lifter, low blood pressure, effective doses of MSM and vitamin c,. Cancer or some sort of freak accident will be the death of me before high cholesterol b.

Again, read the studies. Eggs being bad for you is broscience.

Pretty sure you haven't kept up with the latest studies yourself...this was huge news last year: Should I eat more eggs?

Lotta really shytty posts in this thread.

This technique is called bain marie. In a bath is basically what it translates to from french.

This is the ONLY way to cooks eggs as the conductive properties of the water bath produce much more consistent application of heat.

Discredit french cooking snd techniques breh. Just made some scrambled eggs a minute ago.

I simply go with a small slice of buttter, salt pepper and a capful of cream...

Never produces bad results
how is this different from poached eggs?

just made them for dinner off the strength of this thread lol...

Didn't have that fancy ass "creme", so I used a scoop of sour cream instead. Only added some minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. The eggs themselves were a little too "wet" for my taste, but if you want them a little less runny, either up the heat a little, or just let them sit for a minute or two after you plate them. However, these were EASILY the best tasting eggs I've ever made. Dogg, I've never had more flavorful eggs in my life. shyt was crazy. Salute to the threadstarter for putting me on to game.

:lupe::lupe::lupe: how do you season a pan ?

Coat the bottom of the pan with oil then line the bottom with salt. Heat the pan until it comes to the smoking point. Remove from heat and wipe away the excess salt and oil with a clean dry towel.

Also I would suggest using a wooden or rubber spatual if you're not already doing so.

hoes dont cook anymore:martin:
Yeah tell by some comments that some needed a white man to teach them how to make scrambled eggs. You can go on Trip Advisor restaurant reviews to see how overrated bruh is. Scrambled and boiled eggs are like spaghetti; starter food that everyone living in a Western society should have master by age 12. Now if it were poached or some shyt I would understand the acclaim. My dad's mom wasn't domestic at all and my mother quickly taught him how to cook as she is a country gal. Worked out well since they were on different shifts, I always had fresh meals prepared by fam. Every childhood photo I was smiling with spoon in my hand. One of those fat babies that used to do the running man and shyt when it was time to eat. :pachaha:
