I have a neighbor behind me who occasionally has her grand chickens at the house. Phillipino lady.
She would call me over the fence if I was in the backyard and give me fresh eggs and various Phillipino fruit.

Or hit up a farmers market.
The difference in taste and texture is amazing.

but all bullshyt aside I tried this today and it came out good. :ehh: I aint add no cream or any fancy stuff but it still was good. I made good eggs before but now I might have to switch to this method.

Made them this didn't use creme or chives, used a bit of garlic powder like someone here recommended, they tasted good

FYI I did put a table spoon of oil in the pan

Throw some bacon/sausage on the side with some bagels and cream cheese and shyt is official. :wow:
