This technique is called bain marie. In a bath is basically what it translates to from french.

This is the ONLY way to cooks eggs as the conductive properties of the water bath produce much more consistent application of heat.

Discredit french cooking snd techniques breh. Just made some scrambled eggs a minute ago.

I simply go with a small slice of buttter, salt pepper and a capful of cream...

Never produces bad results

When I cook eggs I use bacon grease to give them flavor and a better texture.

I didn't watch the video
But let me toss these 2 tips out to yall.

Start with room temp eggs. Not cold fresh out the fridge.

If you ever can, use fresh laid eggs.
Omg. The lightness, the fluffiness. The taste

Did he oil the pot before adding the eggs n stuff, or was the butter use to also make the egss nonstick besides being used to make it creamier :lupe:
