I actually don't like my eggs that fluffy, it seems to lack texture and I love texture in food. A reason why oatmeal is fukking gross to me

I tried Gordon Ramsay's steak method and I liked my method better with the grill pan and then putting it in the broiler. I even think I used the same steak he did

I may try his methods with whisking later and adding salt later but me using milk and a spatula is working out fine

So fukk your thread

I didn't watch the video
But let me toss these 2 tips out to yall.

Start with room temp eggs. Not cold fresh out the fridge.

If you ever can, use fresh laid eggs.
Omg. The lightness, the fluffiness. The taste

I don't like runny scrambled eggs.

Adding milk to eggs and whisking for a few minutes makes them light and fluffy. Made them for my sister this morning:myman: and she asked how I got them like this because hers are usually dry. I also switchdd to seasoning after cooking.

I also only eat "dry" completely cooked scrambled eggs. Throwback from not even eating potentially raw eggs during pregnancy due to the risk.

I love scrambled eggs and fried eggs though

Lotta really shytty posts in this thread.

This technique is called bain marie. In a bath is basically what it translates to from french.

This is the ONLY way to cooks eggs as the conductive properties of the water bath produce much more consistent application of heat.

Discredit french cooking snd techniques breh. Just made some scrambled eggs a minute ago.

I simply go with a small slice of buttter, salt pepper and a capful of cream...

Never produces bad results
