At this point exclusive games barely even benefit the hardware makers let alone the consumer. In terms of Sony and Microsoft the games they make are so expensive to produce they can’t justify keeping them exclusive to only their consoles anymore.how do exclusives benefit the consumer?

2. Twilight Princess was a Wii launch title/GameCube release, BOTW - Switch launch Title/Wii U release, they've literally been doing that since 2006.
