Ethically non monogamous relationships and why are men falling for it?

Why are you assuming the men are just sitting at home doing nothing in this situation? The only man that agrees to that arrangement is one who knows he can easily get p*ssy or is some sort of cuckold that enjoys knowing his girlfriend is being smashed by someone else.

I created this topic because I recently began using the apps just to see what's up locally. In the handful of days I've been using it, I've seen the term ENM pop up more than I would have liked. Upon research it means ethically non monogamous. What it basically means is that the woman can see whomever she wants because there's an understanding that this is who she is. My question is are men that desperate to be in a situation where they'll essentially be the third wheel in their own relationship? It can't be that bad out there to voluntarily cuck yourself.

I'm polyam/ENM and I didn't 'fall' for anything, it was a natural progression into more love and connection.

how does the committed part fit in if both are exercising their options?

All relationships take some sort of commitment if they are to flourish. Commitment meaning you show up, be reliable, accountable ect. That applies to friends and family, not just romantic partners. Sex is not at the centerpiece of being present with the people you care about.

1. There is a lot of misconception, projection and ignorance about the topic.

Times have changed and women are becoming increasingly difficult to deal with. I’ve turned a number of women down for one reason or another.
