First of all, people need to realize that constitutional claims only apply to the govt, there has to be some kind of state action involved as a prerequisite before one has a cause of action under the Constitution.The idea that you can make a First Amendment claim, or ANY constitutional claim, against your private employer (absent any kind of state/govt. action) is one rife with misinformation.
Second of all, there is no freedom to say whatever you want. There are certain categories of speech, namely the unprotected ones, which the govt can constitutionally prosecute someone for.
Not trying to be an a$$hole but it seems the people in here chiding others about being misinformed are just as misinformed themselves.
