Hey, retard, the movie theater example you used has been OVERRULED. Like I said earlier, it doesn't even apply anymore. It's dicta (a court's reasoning as opposed to it's holding) from a case called "Schenk" that was overruled by "Brandenburg V. Ohio", which is the modern standard for incitement.


I know this because I actually study the law, I don't just show up and discuss it on the coli.
