It's immature and inappropriate to be liking ridiculous memes when you're like 50 years old and are representing a national company.

He doesn't have to be OK with transgendered people using bathrooms that don't match their anatomy but there are much better ways to display and express that. If he wanted to be a grownup and discuss it honestly and maturely, he wouldn't be in any trouble. Instead he's liking a meme that a high school kid probably created.
