Yeah the false outrage in stories like this is just The spirit of the rule is for someone like Caitlyn Jenner, they look, dress and act like a woman so to have them going into a men's bathroom is just going to create a bunch of confusion and stares.

Curt Schilling is taking it to the worst extreme and thinking all of these drag queens are going to come out of the woodwork and hide out in bathrooms to molest girls. The reality is most transgendered people are probably already using the restrooms designated for the gender they identify with and it's a non issue. Schilling is just a closed minded a$$hole who would prefer the caste system so he wouldn't need to come in contact with gays, lesbians, Latinos, blacks, poor people, or any group of people he felt was beneath him.
