nice post op

I hope others learn that..

...adding spacing in long posts...

..makes it easier to read.

Espn needs to move to a ground roots model

create the type of content people want to consume..

Right now.. user generated content is the wave so ...get people closer to the action..

Imagine watching any game from a fan's perspective on a second screen ..

point is.. they need to get creative and lead through the change

I'm canceling ESPN soon at the NBA season is over...

Their game coverages are trash.. They make it sound like every single play is

When its something we've all seen a thousand times before

Its like madd childish over there

Honestly I've been switching my sports allegiance to international soccer more and more..the premier league is lit :whoo:.. Soccer such a better sport to watch than anything ESPN is tryna push

Oh I just see the Dan and Stugotz show getting bigger, and them getting spots on ESPN. I am pretty sure they have the largest downloads from their show. Bomani just signed an extension with ESPN, and the two lights got that prime spot which slowed the bleeding on that time slot.

Yeah you know the game whenever your company loses money just pander to blacks and non whites. To help you generate viewership and money.

these articles are getting old...(also don't see how they say ESPN is left when the bulk of their coverage is the NFL and 75% of the people involved in that are unapologetically :mjpls:)

1. espn isnt losing subscribers, cable companies are and it affects ALL networks
2. espn needs to cut their properties, all they need on TV is ESPN and ESPN 2, move U to an online only option, and completely do away with News
3. get better programming
4. they overpaid for rights all to shut out competition yet ignore the business fundamentals
5. league rights are going to be interesting in 202?, definitely expect to see google, facebook, or whatever hot online property is around in the mix. TV won't have the $$ to pay them and the leagues and players sure won't be taking (major) cuts.

Wow that is fukking terrible who the fukk is determining these weekday national tv slots. They had Dallas and Minnesota slotted for a Friday game after the break but thankfully they put Boston vs Toronto on. Who really thought a game involving Dallas and Minnesota was worthy of being on national TV? Lakers/Suns isn't even deserving of being on Spectrum Sportsnet let alone TNT I might just tune in to hear Barkley crush everyone for showing that shyt.
Actually looking at the entire schedule on Thursday the only other game in nighttime slot was Philly/Portland and they play at 7 instead of 7:30. I'll give them a pass :hubie:

:mindblown: I don't know about that. Those guys get a lot of views from all demographics. I don't think their color shows their fan-base. I think it's trying to get younger users excited to watch ESPN.
