Thats still below the Big 12 and Big 10. Not sure about the SEC but i expect that deal to get upped within 2 years.

Of course the ATL
:laff: @ all that money for the rights to see the likes of Duke, Boston College & Georgia Tech football every Saturday. The ACC is the worst major conference in college football...that's a terrible deal for ESPN

Another UGA fan with limited reading comprehension. It also includes bball, which will include Syracuse, Pitt, UNC, and Duke.

I dont know why you saying this is a bad deal when its less than the Big 12, Big 10, and Pac 12. The SEC is renegotiating their deal so it will be higher too. ESPN does not want CBS or Fox to get a foot hole with football, even if it is the ACC. And they certainly dont want to lose the bball.

Football is the MAIN reason the deal was made, even with the legendary basketball programs in the expanded ACC. Football is the top revenue generating sport in NCAA so that's why I :laff: at ESPN dropping billions into airing & promoting the worst "major" college football conference in America. I bet you cant wait to see those highly anticipated Georgia Tech vs. Syracuse noon kickoffs huh? :laff: :laff:

Of course football is the driver but you dont think having 4 top tier bball schools is something worth paying for? Please, all dikk Vitale does on ESPN is hype up Duke and UNC, they aint trying to lose that.

And like i said, the deal is still the lowest one of the major conferences. ESPN isnt just gonna let CBS and Fox have ownership of a major conference. Only a supreme idiot would do something that dumb. Whether you want to believe it or not people still watch ACC football.

Ill enjoy watching our games just as you enjoy pretending UGA is a major factor in the SEC.

Basketball has just as much to do with this. When Syracuse and PITT go into the shytter in basketball everyone's gonna have second thoughts about those two schools
