For starters, Danny has not been a Welterweight his whole career. He started at 140 and moved up to 147 in 2015. So he's been a Super Lightweight for most of his career.

Also, Danny definitely has power. Even Thurman has attested to this. He fought both Porter and Danny, and said Danny has way more power. If Porter was able to buzz Spence a couple of times, Danny could definitely hurt Spence if he lands clean

Kenny already addressed this. He said their sparring had nothing to do with how they approached this fight. They sparred in 2011. That was way too long ago for it to really be useful. Sparring is just training man.
