shyt has been completely downhill for him since he left the Chiefs. was he forced out of KC? he would have been better off just letting a good thing roll if that wasn't the case

Knew he'd never get credit as long as he was under Andy Reid and probably thought due to that he needed to leave to eventually get a head coaching job.

Thats cool and all...but you dont make a lateral move to a worse team, let alone the shyt show the Commanders were. I said then and I maintain, you only leave that situation as a black coach if you are going to be a HC with a top QB or QB prospect. You arent getting chance after chance so you gotta pick wisely.

Should've became a college head coach while he had that hot run with the Chiefs. Andy Reid & Mahomes sucked all the air out of the building for him to get a NFL head coaching gig.

Is he done? I doubt any NFL team will give him an OC job and now getting fired from UCLA.
He'll end up back with KC just like his predecessor Matt Nagy. He's never getting a HC gig in the NFL. And probably nothing more than a low level HC job in the college ranks.

He might get some other OC looks after a Chiefs rehab

Andy bring him in ASAP :blessed:

Make him an assistant or some other role with the offense.

The offense hasn't been the same since he left. He held everyone accountable so they had to be focused. Soon as he left the WR's led the league in drops. Pat had gotten a little sloppy too and Travis was coasting. They're waiting for the playoffs to turn up. EB would demand they play at their best in the regular season.
