wish i could find a first-hand testimonial about working with him. Seems like people are always reporting vague 2nd hand information from "sources" or it's some random poster online somewhere or social media claiming they heard he was "abrasive". To my* knowledge no other coaches or any players he's worked with have openly stated what the issue is with him, and they always stop at a certain point and kind of talk him up enough to still get hired at the next stop.

Only player to say anything negative about EB was that clown Shady McCoy and he quickly got checked by Tyreek and Jamal Charles.

Listen I'm all for taking risks to elevate your career and to grow. I even get leaving the Chiefs because he was the OC in name only. He wanted full control of the playcalling. But he went to bad organizations.
that's usually how it goes. he wasn't going to go to a franchise that was rolling.

as far as ucla, it was his first year. it was deshawn foster's first year as hc so i wasn't looking for anything major, but i watched parts of some of their games and they looked competitve at times.

i think he must have an abrasive personality. i've seen him on the sidelines and it looks like he doesn't fukk around, and doesn't take any shyt. when you're winning that's fine. when losing it's usually a ticket out the door if you're not an established presence.

Ron Rivera said his approach was too aggressive

Sounds like an a$$hole and I dont mean that in an offensive way. The kinda guy that aint accepting excuses or short cuts. The guy that stays on you and gets on your nerves. Thing is you gotta have a good cop and results if you are an a$$hole...especially if you are black.
