WFH really showed people what we already knew, and that's no one cares about the common worker. They wanted to end WFH because they don't want those offices they spent millions building to go to waste. People are saving so much money on gas & food for lunch now, and extending the life of their cars without all that commuting every day.
I have a job desperately trying to get me to to a hiring point. They tried to make me come in for an interview despite me currently having a job and I told them to pound sand and that they’d need to do a video interview in order to accommodate me and my time.

Mind you they tried to push me around and do it short notice, like 24 hour turn around time short notice. Then when I asked them about remote work they said no and will only do 5 days a week in office :russ:

Going to do this last video interview and ask for 1 day a week in office and the maximum amount of pay that I originally requested. If they say no to either one then I’ll just tell them I’m no longer interested… because I have another job I’m in the final interview that will give me all those things. It’s good to have power in the finance world as a job hunter

These old fukks gonna realize the new generation ain’t about letting them fukk up our work life balance anymore. Adapt or die bytch, my job having real problems retaining people because they’re trying to push people back in the office and won’t give proper raises
