To keep it a buck, the cops shot a man holding a knife who refused to drop his weapon after advised by the police MULTIPLE times to drop the weapon. There is no telling what breh was liable to do, including harming innocent people. People have gotten shot for way less
The mentality for public transportation, especially post-pandemic, is wild. Folks of all ages literally think it's their right to walk on the bus or train for free. I'm not too far from Floyd Bennett Field and these migrants don't even pretend to care about paying their fare while bum rushing people to get on the bus with their suitcases. In fairness, it ain't like it's just them. The free ride mentality is endemic nowadays.

Honesty this is why NYers are so pissed. For weeks, he shut down our public library system, telling us there were no funds. He and his police dept are shooting people over fare evasion. All the while, he’s stealing from NYers. Absolutely shameful

What is important to highlight is that Eric Adams was stealing MILLIONS of public dollars, getting kickbacks & conspiring with foreign governments while cutting funding for New Yorkers and telling us to blame the migrants. A liar, a thief, a bigot & a hypocrite.

The past 3 years have been so surreal. Unbalanced. The city has not had a mayor in 3 years. Adams is a nefarious cop lurking about in the shadows, hanging out in private clubs w/body guards.
