nikka the processor is barely faster in the One S. it doesn't really make a difference when it comes to games. And yes. The One S is a great deal if u want a UHD player. I have heard many people complain about it. People have said Sony pulled a fast one on them. Like I said Sony has all those good hardwares in a box but I don't know why things look better on the X1. I'm still buying a Pro this year though.

Barely faster than a PS4? nikka the PS4 is basically a Radeon 7870. The Pro is damn near a 2013 Nvidia Titan equivalent. I had a fukkin 7870 back in 2012 and it was a mid tier card then. U have no fukkin idea what u talkin about. How the fukk ain't I objective? I don't give a fukk about this console war shyt. I got both of em and enjoy both. I have defended Xbox plenty of times on here. Get the fukk out my face wit that corny shyt. Problem is YALL not being objective. So u making borderline stupid ass posts. I been tryna warn dumbasses about both these fukkin consoles since before they released in 2013. I have a PC that outperforms both. and even the Pro. U nikkas sit here and argue resolution, framerate, etc etc and have the fukkin slightest idea what yall talkin bout. I mostly stay out of these type of threads cause I don't like getting sucked into this bullshyt. But u cosigned and dapped a nikka sayin the Pro is like Sega CD. ps4pro was all about an upgrade in resolution and fps. EVERY game on the ps4pro was supposed to easily out perform every other console currently on the market in both fps and resolution. This was a major talking point in the Arcadium for a long time. If you guys want to pretend it wasn't I'm not going to play the game of digging up all your posts. When the upgrades in performance don't happen immediately, expect these kinds of threads.

You trying to suggest it's a Pro issue because a random game had a fps drop somewhere shows me you guys don't know anything about how games work. I guess something is wrong with most of our hardware on PC when we got fps drops on games that ran smooth on consoles. on PC this happens it's the dev, on PS4 if it happens(which is very minor and a margin of error in terms of actual titles), it's the console fault. the logic of some of y'all here is baffling.

You guys gave XBots HELL every time a multiplat didn't run silky smooth perfect at the same exact frame rate and resolution as PS4, even when the minor drops were absolutely negligible.
Now that the shoe is on the other foot it's the game's fault.

Comparing PCs with multiple architectures isn't really the same as devs having a supposed streamlined process for 2 sets of hardware.
I'll give credit for the bold move to emulate 4k at a low cost but the performance issues need to be ironed out.

I wouldn't say it's a con. If people aren't smart enough to read up on whether the PS4 Pro is a good investment for them, it's their own fault. I really don't even see the point in the system when it does not guarantee improved performance on all games myself but whatever

I disagree. PS4 will sell very well off the strength that it is simply going to replace the OG PS4 and eventually be considered the standard PS4 and the OG will be the budget PS4 for people without 4K tvs.
