it just dawned on me that I probably still got Em in my 10 cause i aint even bothered to listen to his catalog after Eminem Show...those first 3 joints are some of my favorite albums ever but after Just Lose It....i was like, nah...and skipped Encore, Relapse, Recovery all together...i gave MMLP2 one or 2 spins and bushed it

i never take a rappers flabby era into consideration when i think all-time...Em been mighty flabby for a minute..still technically proficient but ass juice music ....so i really look at Eminem Show as his last joint and stay ignant to what he's doing currently :manny:

but now im curious so im going back to see how wack we talking cause he seems to be copping pleas for every other project

If I could give you a serious advice here, dont do it. Just pretend he hung up the mic after 2004/5.......

A few years ago I would have been with you...but it's not worth the battle. Gay people should feel human too and not feel ostricized.

Wow... Lol let me edit my original comments.

If you're reading this and laughing, you're not a fagget. But if you're reading this and going, "Gay people should feel human too and not feel ostricized, my name is Slystallion and I'm gay blah blah blah" then you sir, are a huge fagget and should suck dikk and die.

Relapse has his best beats by far, and people not liking the content aside (it's a horrocore album, almost straight through) he was bussin on a lot of those songs.

Recovery I find, is an Eminem album for people who may or may not be Eminem fans. It's him making more of an attempt to sound more mainstream/contemporary and making pop type records in response to Relapse, more aligned with what an underground rapper would make ONLY selling 2x plat.

Depending on what kind of Eminem fan you are, you MIGHT actually dig one of those albums if not both. Stay the fukk away from Revival lol, to me that is way worse than Encore.

Encore is a terrible album.

The Eminem hate on The Coli is the same as it was on SOHH: corny as fukk

But we're not doing this. Encore is trash. It was always trash. It has never NOT been trash. It literally signified the end of Em as a dominating force in hip hop.

I hate that album with a burning passion actually. Em's first three albums were dope as fukk and it bothered me when cats wouldn't give him his due. Then he dropped Encore, an album that was so WACK that I couldn't even argue for it with Em haters.

ghost writing for producers is different. drake doesn't make beats so without writing lyrics he's a fraud

a lot of juggalos got pissed when we found out Madrox wrote Blaze Ya Dead Homies first album. the songs felt less authentic.

I don't care what anyone says... he floated on Big Weenie
What do you mean by he "floated" on Big Weenie? :mjlol: :camby:

All he did was ramble on about nothing and make no sense. Literally ANYONE can spew a bunch of random words out of their mouth and "float" on a song like that. It's clowns like you who have allowed Em to put out garbage for years and get away with it.

Song is a concept track as well as a diss, it was well executed imo, vintage Em as far as humor, delivery, technical skill:manny:. Subject matter is where folks/fans get lost, but again it was done on purpose to prove a point. Basically hiding the medicine in junk food type of setup.
:mjlol: at you trying to frame that garbage as a "concept track" that went over people's heads. In Em's own words it's a rushed, thrown together song of him rambling on about nothing just trying to get his album finished:

"I’m cool with probably half that album. I recorded that towards the height of my addiction. I remember four songs leaked and I had to go to L.A. and get Dre and record new ones. I was in a room by myself writing songs in 25, 30 minutes because we had to get it done, and what came out was so goofy. That’s how I ended up making songs like “Rain Man” and “Big Weenie.” They’re pretty out there. If those other songs hadn’t leaked, Encore would’ve been a different album."

But yet clowns like you and others in this thread try to say the song is a concept track with a "deeper hidden meaning" and he "floated" on the beat :pachaha:

If you can't see how he displayed superior flow and cadence on that second verse, I don't know what to tell you

Skills aren't his problem. It's the content, hooks and beats that he hasn't got right for years. He was clearly bored and drugged out when he made that
