He had that look on his face when he was talking about ghostwriters. Like u can tell he really wants to go in, but politics (Paul) he is stopping him.
I’m really enjoying how they are rolling out these interviews clips tho
Shady got folks talking for the whole week..
this breh can see it. Plus with Slaughterhouse, outside of maybe Royce none of those cats really sold records, Em could not have expected them to do big numbers like pop stars. Im thinking he was more so on the lines of wanting to provide a bigger/commercial platform for lyricism only. Em's mistake was using outdated formulas for success thinking it would give them the best chance, when really it was not necessary.
That song sucks, especially considering it was the hardest beat on the album but again, obvious trolling lol. He even stops trolling in the middle of the song to let you know what time it is.
Song is about Pacewon btw.
I don't care what anyone says... he floated on Big Weenie
Song is a concept track as well as a diss, it was well executed imo, vintage Em as far as humor, delivery, technical skill. Subject matter is where folks/fans get lost, but again it was done on purpose to prove a point. Basically hiding the medicine in junk food type of setup.
