I'm sorry, do you know me? or know my taste in music and production?
Ok, I don't like the beat, fair enough, but because I don't like this particular song, I don't know or appreciate high quality music "production"
enlighten us on some good production that came out this year. besides this song.
I don't think it has been asked, but since this album is being named MMLP2.......is this track better than anything on MMLP (sans The Real Slim Shady)? I don't think so.
thank you marshall
my god this is just
cant wait to you fags can read the lyrics... he went @ all of you. drake/jay/kanye/
efforstlessly while telling you hes THE RAP GOD
6 minute long joyless ripitty rap over a wackass beat...sh!t's like every Cory Gunz track that I've ever heard and went " I wish dude could learn to stop overrapping and make some sh!t that's actually entertaining to listen to..start smoking weed or something"..except longer and over a wacker beat, and ultimately more of a chore to force-listen to the end....likely won't ever play this song again
Being able to put words together doesn't mean shyt if the execution is trash.
This song will AGAIN be requested...NO WHERE.
prob one of the realest things you've ever postedLike Im still kinda in awe...
This song portrays such elite level rapping its not even funny
Im kinda sad I let his color affect my perception of his music and legacy alot of times
This is elite level talent
nikkaz went crazy over that Kdot control verse but this song makes kdot's verse look like peon sht....all the inflections, animations with voice, n sht EM did 20x better than that nikka
Em's displayed crazy double time
An insane amount of mic presence and energy
the lyrics were crazy and the multis no rhymeking
This song...
God plz dnt let this turn me to @ROFL_GUY
I dnt see why nikkaz sayin these are bad lyrics
Em was sayin some sht
"So I wanna make sure somewhere in the chicken scratch I scribble and doodle enough rhymes to
Maybe try and get some people through tough times
But I gotta keep a few punchlines
Just in case cuz even u unsigned rappers are hungry looking at me like its lunch time
I know there was a time i once was the king of the underground but I still rap like Im on my Pharoah Monche grind
SO I crunch rhymes but sometimes
when u combine
appeal with the skin color of mine
u get too big and here they come tryin
to censor you like that one line
I said on that Marshal Mathers LP
one where I tried to take 7 kids from Columbine
put em all in a line
Add a AK-47, revolver and a nine"
Its not a club track. Its not a track for radio. Is it supposed to be requested?
Most of the music I enjoy are album cuts and songs that'll never make it to clubs/radio/bbqs....so?
This song just is...a lyrical exercise. I get that.
...but now that you've heard it.
Now what?
You gonna play that again or are you going to give Em a pass for not actually making shyt you want to listen to over and over again?
I respect Eminem's talent immensely...
...but that doesn't make you a good artist.
