One thing about the game is you can tell Fromsoftware stretched the budget as much as possible with the reusing of some assets (Bosses, Dungeons, Enemies) to make it fit the Open World theme. I just arrived at the Giant Mountaintops and more or less the enemy variety is the same. I know FS is known for using the same animation for a decade but towards the climax of the game is would have been nice to see more uniqueness. Small gripe.​

I felt that way until the final dungeon

I just can't dodge Melania attack when she jumps up.... If I could dodge it the first phase would be a cake walk. Might have to retire till the fall.

Throw a pot at her.

Go craft some pots full of anything. When she starts it hit her she will be stunned out of the move.

Or do like i did and just turn around and haul ass.

Make sure you got enough vigor to make it if she catches you with one of the hits and you should be fine.

Lots of people biggest problem is not leveling up vigor enough.

My first character is on NG + 8…I’m on a revenge tour now that I can one shot most bosses with the Ancient Dragon Lightning Strike + buffs.

Everyone mentions Malenia, but one-shotting Maliketh was my biggest joy in this game...ain’t jumpin around NOW is ya b*tch!!!!

Maliketh second phase was the only boss that i just could not figure out. Dude is all over the place, there’s almost never a clean time to hit him. I just had submit to sharing blows with him and hoping i got a chance to heal in between. Even on new game+ 3 i hated fighting that dude. Probably the most frustrating souls boss ever

Miquella's Hagtree has to be one of the most annoying areas ever designed in these series of games.​
