Miquella's Hagtree has to be one of the most annoying areas ever designed in these series of games.

I cleared that area before the last stretch of the main quests and that shyt had me:sadcam:

All those other bosses didn't want NO smoke with me after that tho:youngsabo:

Maliketh second phase was the only boss that i just could not figure out. Dude is all over the place, there’s almost never a clean time to hit him. I just had submit to sharing blows with him and hoping i got a chance to heal in between. Even on new game+ 3 i hated fighting that dude. Probably the most frustrating souls boss ever :smh:

NGL, I Rivers of Blood + Mimic Tear cheesed dude. If you ever feel frustrated on a boss...Rivers of Blood + Mimic Tear. Always have 24+ in Arcane.
The burst from the Blood Loss eats up most bosses. I'm on a fresh character now. Gonna run a Intelligence Dex build.

From a pure aesthetic standpoint. The Mohg fight is the trillest one designed that I've seen so far. S*** was like battling the antichrist.

Best fight in the game IMO. His delayed attacks are frustrating but it don't really matter the whole fight is crazy.

I have a confession to make...

In New game+ I ran across those two crucible knights - Crucible Knight & Crucible Knight Ordovis in Auzira Hero's Grave.

:mjcry:

I have been a 100% Melee warrior.

But, I don't know whether I'm burnt out or don't have the time right now like I did a few months ago...

I had to resort to magic. With this no summons run; trying to overcome the pressure while fighting up close and personal made me kneel.
I ended up relying on *almost vomits in mouth* a magic spell called Night Maiden's Mist.

Had them nikkas chasing me like I was a bytch. shyt didn't feel right but...here I am.

@Mowgli go ahead and give me my justice...

That being said, I redeemed my honor against this annoying fukking Death Bird in Mountaintop of Giants, though

another note:

If you look closely; I'm also running a primarily high poise, heavily encumberee build so I'm forcing myself to do more calculated and precise dodge rolls.

shyt ain't for the weak. But, it's got.me this far so I'm proud.

I'm sorry to hear about your transgression brother. I myself have also found myself leaning on a casual mechanic despite having the knife of the gods against a crucible knight.

I pulled out my giant bow and arrow and put spear arrows in buddy until he was donezo.

We are going to evaluate your case and get right back to you but before we do that I have one question?

Was this considered a boss battle or just some regular enemy encounter.

It matters

It's ok to have fun with some weak ass enemies but when it comes to the battles that matter? The battles where something of value not found anywhere else in the game is obtained, the performance standards are a little higher brother.

Running magic against bosses in a melle run could be considered by some to be casual

Oh, it waa definitely a casual out. They are together as mini-bosses in a dungeon.
Not integral to the story. Actually, I must have missed them on my first run.

That's why I'm dissappointed in myself for doing it this run.

Not my footage but these two...

I beat them easier in NG+ than the 1st run when I rememberd to use parry with a shield. the one with the sword easy AF to parry.. the spear nikka very hard to time.. once.. you get Sword nikka out the way you can chip away spear nikka with much less issues don't matter the build
