In the US xbox outsells the ps3 by millions of systems each year.

Its unfortunate that many of them do not sell to certain expectations but i myself, enjoy them. When you're on the couch with the controller in your hand friend, thats all that matters, not sales figures. Who has the games. I like Japans contributions. Street Fighter/Marvel vs Capcom 3/Yakuza 3-4-undead/DemonSouls-Dark Souls/ Resident Evil 5-6/ Lost Planet 2/ Katamari/ Persona/ Ni no Kuni/ are but a small handful of examples of good japanese games this gen. If we took japanese games out of gaming, we'd be left with a very drab landscape. Please friend, do not act like the only games we need are the games that x box 360 has. Its silly. Go where the games are, ps3, or settle, xbox.

I ended up liking UC3 as time went on, but then once nikkaz started doing that level glitch bullshyt, I knew sony/naughtydawg would be slow to do something about it
I stopped playing for a month, went back. Same shyt was going on
The game just sits by my TV now with puppy dog eyes saying "

Yes and No.
PS3 has a better CPU but Xbox has a better GPU.
PS3's CPU had to pull up the slack because of its weak graphics card.
PS3 complicated architecture is the reason why some cross platform games look and run better on 360 .
Honestly its Sony's 1st party devs talent that makes PS3 games look so good.
It was more or less how the two systems used their Ram where the difference was, both had 512mb but the 360 could use it dynamically while the PS3 could only devote a max of 256mb to the GPU. If a game didn't need a lot of CPU power the 360 could devote more ram to it's GPU since gpu/cpu shared the pool.
That's why 360 games almost always had better textures, if the Ps3 used ram the same way it would have crushed the 360 in all the graphic departments.

Sonys games inspire games for the future. 360 games are just smash and grab. Rubbish exclusives for the most part.
The PS4/720 will not cost more than $500 for the high end model and almost positively both will offer a $399 entry model. Microsoft will probably have a bundle that requires a 2 year subscription to xbox live and cost $199.99. If SONY is paying attention they would offer the same thing with the PS4 and a PSN+ subscription (which is a better deal than LIVE anyway)
I would like to think a $300 model without a subscription would be possible, but the loss per unit would probably be too high for both at the jump. A model without a hard drive will not be an option this time around.
I personally don't give a fukk tbh, I am good with my handhelds. I know I won't be that far off with the prices for either console tho.
