This is normal for developers. They usually hire extra people during development and then when the game's done they usually are laid-off.

PASBR still has free DLC content coming out very soon and they recently were hiring for more members for design and graphics(possibly for a second game)

PS2 was definitely the best of its gen. I didn't mean to highlight it. Though I with the SNES it comes to personal preference for that gen.

As far as SNES..No it didnt...Genesis did like 2 things better...thats it..SNES outclassed it in every other way...

The Dreamcast was the PS2's direct comp....Xbox and Gamecube came after and it was too late...PS2 already made its mark but it also had to do with the games as well...more powerful+better games and more variety in gaming library made both SNES and PS2 both to be considered the greatest consoles of all time...
