I can't knock party chat and cross game invites...if thats how the stans get their jollies off for the 360 ok
. But cross game chat is HORRIBLE and I hope it never comes to the Playstation. I don't wanna hear crying about campers in COD while I'm playing ME3 multi breh.

Vita has cross game invites and party chat but lets folks tell it Sony didn't learn a thing.
Party chat is good and bad. It ruined the "community" feel of Xbox live that it's stans love to talk about. Xbox live used to be fun as hell back in the pre party chat days.

easier to converse with your friends brings you and them together( like my brother i never see yet we live in the same city)
less time consuming during rounds then ingame chat etc
less time consuming then using textchat/voice chat to get a game going

I agree. Party chat had its pros and cons.
While it was fun to talk to random folks in the smaller game communities and make friends, and talk trash to the opposing team...I definitely don't miss hearing prepubescent kids yelling racial epithets into the microphone. Not one bit.
