A lot of things about Kobe is forced. Whether he passes, it seems reluctant. If one of his teammates is having a great game and outplaying him, he seems like he has to force himself to cheer for their success. He has a narcissistic personality. Its why Phil Jackson was needed to handle this dudes personality to buffer him from his teammates. Without it, he zaps team chemistry even when he plays well.

He came back into the league with the Wizards and got rid of a young up and coming player in Rip Hamilton so he could get more shots for himself, drafted Kwame Brown and ripped his soul to shreds, became owner of the Bobcats and ran that team into the ground... and now FINALLY he changes it up and lets someone else run the team. In other words niccas have to change or at least come to an understanding and meet each other half way. Kobe should have a brew with a teammate once in a while and Dwight could wipe the smile and knock the goofball shyt off during gametime. its little shyt, its not nothing big or major that needs to be done that could improve player relations.
