Exactly, it is the main flaw with Kobe his selfish and is not a people person. Durant is every bit as good of scorer, if not arguably better but he has the mindset of a leader and a team player. Look at KD reacting to a play. He enjoys seeing the success of others.

A lot of things about Kobe is forced. Whether he passes, it seems reluctant. If one of his teammates is having a great game and outplaying him, he seems like he has to force himself to cheer for their success. He has a narcissistic personality. Its why Phil Jackson was needed to handle this dudes personality to buffer him from his teammates. Without it, he zaps team chemistry even when he plays well.
