you talkin bout that one across from the strip...I thought that place was haunted
:manny: this was in the 80s.. she moved a long time ago..
Nah not really....Blue Boy Sandwiches though.

All these pages and no one mentioned Chicken Koop? I don't even eat meat anymore, but I go get some fries and sweet and tangy sauce. And no one said Jenkins? I grew up on Jenkins although when I moved to Memphsi I realized that there was better BBQ in the world than Jenkins
this girl i grew up with, her parents own Jenkins.. that sauce is really whats up.. :smugdraper: dont know if the one on Kings Rd is still there, but that spot used to be the one to go to..

theres a new spot i found last time i was living there, called Caboose.. its at the end of King St, right where it runs into Edison.. :wow: yall gotta check that spot out.. some of the best soul food in town..

I remember going to burlington earlier thing year to pick up a cheap north pole jacket and this old 50 year old man constantly looking for a googi jacket. Telling his wife "all I wear is googi"

Yeah the one on US-1 and Edgewood is still open. Tornado hit it a few years back and they said they weren't going to reopen, but they did. The one on King's Road close to EWC is closed. Place kept getting robbed.

I don't eat meat so there isn't much in the hood I can really eat. Everybody keep pumping up Potter's House, but I can't eat jack there. I'll put my folks up on that place so they can report back and let me know
