Depends on what's in the best interest of the children. I'd argue that living with the parent who has resources and spending 8 hours a day at day care would be better for the children than living with a parent who has no money for food, housing, clothing, medicine, or education. And you seem to have no problem with the children being taken away from him, at all.

Why wouldn't he?
She doesn't deserve to have children taken away from her b/c of his lies. His lies; his responsibly. He kicked them all out. Not just her. He doesn't deserve children he would put in the street.

I don't see what being faithful to his girlfriend has to do with who gets custody of the kids. In fact...

In court proceedings, Cooper also admitted there was a time she had a "relationship" with someone else after the proposal, a court document states.

...they both lied. Should they just throw the kids into foster care, then?

i just want to make sure i get this.

from now on in georgia, if a man and a woman are engaged, and stay together for 5 years and during all that time, the dude isn't working, meanwhile she bought a house in her name and made mortgage payments for 5 years, if she eventually decides that this isn't gonna work and ends the engagement, he is entitled to half of the equity in the house? and there is now a legal precedent for this?

the children would be better off with the spouse that can actually afford to pay for them. it's the woman i dont care about

Since you hate women I can see why you'd feel it is acceptable to lead someone on for a decade, then put them in the street and take their children. Thank God the law sees it differently. Just be gay breh.

Like I said to the last poster, even a job gives you unemployment when they let you go without cause. He employed her as housewife so now he has to pay her unemployment.

So she employed him as a husband does that mean she still owes him sex?

No he said he didn't want her p*ssy anymore. He fired her remember? Does a job that lays you off want you to continue working? No they do not.

We'll just agree do disagree then. I just think paying 50K for calling off a marriage is excessive. I mean damn she cheated also.

And you act like it is an impossibility and resigning herself to live off the welfare of either the state or her ex is the only possibility.

:aicmon: Did you read anywhere in that article where its said she has resigned herself to leeching? Don't be daft. She can use that 50k to go back to school for nursing.

She's an idiot for being with him and performing the duties of a wife without demanding that she become one first. I don't agree with her getting that $50K.
