i drink every weekend. A couple nights of drinking isn't going to kill you. Well as far as working out goes

if your not competing in a competition who cares drink. get diet instead of regular in your rums or take shots.

as long as you work out hard you can manage...dont eat a lot of junk on hangover days and if you know your drinking alot that night dont eat a big dinner

I've been thinking about making this thread for a WHILE. Glad someone finally did. I've always been weary about drinking after training b/c I heard it had a negative effect on your gains so I'd just pass on drinking when I was out.

I wanted to make a thread on what would be the best options for if you DID want to drink every so often. Anyone got any input on that?
