Try doing a liver detox.
You can either get milk thistle pills from a health shop.
I did my detox with tea which has milk thistle in it.

Makes drinking alcohol unappealing to me.

:manny: some people can do it. I can't.

Honestly, nor my mother or father are big drinkers. I've never seen my dad drink, and my mom drinks only the rarest occasions.

I've never really been fascinated by booze like some people. :manny:

I might dabble in some red wine or pop some champagne when I'm kicking it with my bro though...

He's not a big drinker either...

Honestly I hate drinking, because it turns my waistline / abs from a perfect V-shape to an unattractive boxy physique, for about a week(5-7 days).

I may have a similar problem :leon:

I drank a lot the last week, first time drinking in damn near a year. Worked out the next day and felt sluggish even though I wasn't hungover, and felt like my torso looked weird ... like I can still see my abs but it looked strange and out of place as my torso was more square-ish

How do you guys not drink when going out? Everytime I go out I down 6-7 rum and cokes :sadbron:
It depends on your fitness goals. If you aren't competing at the MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA Div I, or NFL level then getting drunk or not is up to you.
If you are trying to get better: amateur bodybuilding, powerlifting, sports, weight loss, etc., then you don't want to get smashed on a regular basis.
One of the major problems with getting drunk is that it affects post-workout recovery times. You can drink in moderation when you do drink.
