someone's gotta be on the bottom but why wouldn't you do the simple steps to ensure you're not one of them - not going to say investing in shoes is going to get you that next promotion, but it's such a simple thing to start dressing the part that it makes no sense not to do it.
What im saying is, expensive shoes are not necessary. a 30 dollar pair of dress shoes off a Marshalls rack, is no different from Kenneth Coles in terms of promotability.
