Blackking most of these guys aren't trying to hear the other talk, way to straight edge and a lot are shut ins.
@ all the brehs
I was talking to the guys in a car thread about how you're perceived and how vehicles are an extension of who you are. Not going to waste my time with talking about vehicles...
Anyways your outfit/appearance is that x10000. I was thinking about the whole shoe thing a few weeks back on my way to ues. I was riding the subway early Friday evening, and I'm usually looking down reading my cell, and noticed the different shoes guys were wearing and you can sort of guess their profession or status. The same obviously goes for their coats, haircuts etc. You'll see handmade dress shoes all the way down. NY is more fashion driven but it hold true everywhere imo. The way you dress has an effect on the people around you, the way you are perceived, and the way they will interact with you.
As a young guy, especially in this day, and age it's important. Ask yourselves at the end of the day do you want to be taken seriously? Whether you're a college student, just starting out in a business somewhere, or are an entrepreneur, always dress for success. Your seniors, peers, and people you need to influence appreciate it. They will gravitate towards success, and the perception of success.
A casual day for me is a dress shirt, nice jeans, nice leather belt, classic watch, and some loafers.
Jackets grab a heavy wool peacoat, Marmont, REI, EMS..
