Its nice to look at this shyt but are most of us really doing anything to get there or just looking at some housing, car, exotic locale porn?

As a black man who was born in America and bad at basketball, there really isn't any other way than building something of value with other black men. Problem is finding brothers who share your vision.

A house right on the water, out in Venice Beach

Seeing people chilling on their deck, cooling out, watching the show that is Venice Beach, always makes me jealous.

And a flat in Nice, France, with a view like this

I'd own these two and I'd lease the latest new shyt I like.

I'd also have this out in Nice.

As far as women go, I'd have young Malaika as my main.

You know what is funny though, the nikkas that actually own these houses/cars/planes, don't really have time to enjoy them because they are too busy trying to make that paper to support their lifestyles.

Let's say you make 5m/yr.

That's about 250-300k/mo after taxes (even more if you gotta slick accountant).

Let that sink in for a second. Every month you get 300k in your bank account. What you gonna do with that money

Honestly I would like to find it with black people but I've never limited myself. Hell if you in the same wave regardless of race, gender etc we can talk. Yeah everybody needs help but as you know you can't always wait for that. You got start on your own and others hopefully see what you doing and get on before you too far gone.

This isn't true at all I don't know where you got that info from. These dudes ain't no millionaire next door types they got cats working for them so they rarely have to the heavy lifting when the system is set up right.

Best/most straightforward way to make it to this level is through education. Go to Law, Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, or top B school. Once you start making your money you live frugally while making wise investments. After about 5-10 years you should be on this level (depending on where you live). If you're a black male then you'll be heavily recruited to these schools.
