Best/most straightforward way to make it to this level is through education. Go to Law, Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, or top B school. Once you start making your money you live frugally while making wise investments. After about 5-10 years you should be on this level (depending on where you live). If you're a black male then you'll be heavily recruited to these schools.

Looking at the houses I am thinking "what does that electric bill look like...what's that water bill look like...how long dust it take to vacuum and dust it..."

You know what is funny though, the nikkas that actually own these houses/cars/planes, don't really have time to enjoy them because they are too busy trying to make that paper to support their lifestyles.

If I ever became rich I wouldn't want to work. I'd have it setup where I live off residual income and investments. So I can sleep in my bed all day and still get paid, and have an accountant wire the funds through multiple foreign accounts to reduce my tax liability (paying less taxes is the key to financial prosperity).

As for my dream home/girl? My taste is very expensive. I'd probably have to become an investment banker to afford all of these.
