How have job interviews been for y'all with dreads?
I started growing my dreads right when I got hired and they are in that wild stage right now.
I like how it looks and get compliments but I want to get a new job and I ain't tryna cut them out.

Every time I have tried to grow my hair long. I have received more negative comments from Blacks (Africans) than white people. They definitely put me off until now. Might never cut him short ever again

When youre locked up it seems to catch length quicker you think?

Ive been hearing this alot cause youre not dealing with breakage/shedding

Funny thing is that cac broad that spoke on that gorgeous chick with the dreads was wrong. That sista looked like she smelled like lilac or lavender or something.

It's them nasty cac dreads from the pictures I see in here THEY the ones that look like they smell like some old boiled ham and mayonnaise wrapped up in wet dog hair

On of my bms has red dreads.. it looks natural for her because shes Jamaican, a rasta, and has a red tinted hair... lighter skin.

My girl, is growing dreads... I Don't like the process...

One of my sons is wild, and creative, I can't see him going to college or becoming a Corp slave like my other sons... so hes the only one I let grow dreads....

Definately grows faster green vegetables help alot.

But if you go the interlocking route you loose a lil bit of length each time you get it done.
