I got like 6 months of new growth. Prolly won't get them retwisted till August.
I'm free-forming and every black and most white people call them the Bob Marleys, but for some reason Latino folk call them the Lenny Kravitz's. shyt is strange, I didn't know Lenny was that big with the eses that he registers before Bob.
I been wanting dreads since 7th grade when knuck if you buck came out but i just started my shyts last year. i took advantage of the sponge bruh head wave. theyre fun to shake around n shyt.
Iocs. Ain't nothing like having long locs. Only beef is when I sleep them shyts go everywhere. They tickle my back all the time, feels like a spiders on me. Gotta pull em back when I'm eating. Cacs ask to touch em too much, shyts extra creepy. Also salons are a rip off. Never use wax. Don't listen to cacs wash them shyts! All bytches love em. Enjoy every stage cause when they get real long you'll miss having shorter locs for some reason.
i believe this, once my shyts get shoulder length ill probably rock it like that for a couple years then cut them shyts to early chief keef level just to do it all again just cuz, aint nothing wrong with short dreads. idk why people hoard their dreads. i be seeing old nikkas with completely gray bald everywhere but the back of their head still hoarding their long ass dreads.
Anyone know where I can buy crochet dreadlock tams that have elastic on the end and will fit my dreads tightly like a skully?

Miss mines. Id get em again but bc of my hair texture it takes forever to lock up & I hated the “ugly stage”. Locks are the GOAT hairstyle to me other than a nice clean fade.
I kinda want locs now. Been growing out a fro for a year and I hate having to twist my hair or having to take out tangles.
Are locs a bad choice for a lazy person?
