its a shampoo/conditioner set, the conditioner smells like vics vapor rub but you can actually feel it workin so i like it

my hair looks immaculate. My crown is jet black (dyed darker 6mo. ago :usure:), clean, and moist (no homo :rudy:, :beli:)...:ahh:.....Altho I cut em down 1 INCH 2mo. ago, theyre now looking so :lawd: that I now rival gorgeous pawgs for who's the hottest brunette in the room; many-a-time! :wow: :blessed:

I am looking to get twisted up in the next couple of months... Will they end up coming out if I keep working out 5 days a week?

Are there any ways to prevent that from happening?

you just gotta train the roots so that they matte up together....there's this YouTube chick too that mentions how to prep tpur hair for a workout....you may wanna invest in some revitalizing herbal cleanser then wrap ur hair up til ur done. :leon:

I wrap mine like this before I go to the gym or do anything where I know imma be sweating, it helps noticeably

start @ 1:20....

this is what I did to just ONE (:flabbynsick:) of my front locs yesterday....this method made it tighter at the route.....My shampoo, condition, and "quick" :flabbynsick: retwist yesterday has got my hair looking like :whew: even tho I aint 'clip' each one. It's nice CORE and ARM WORKOUT.....

plus it got to dry out in the sun since I hooped at the park too! :wow: I think I'm going to start washing more often. :ehh: How often do yall take out a CHUNK of time and go thru all of that yourselves? :krs: :ld:

:dwillhuh: I dunno.....i think i gotta got ch:flabbynsick:bby thru that phase to be honest .....I'm trying to work the remainder of it off now still. :to:

I think u'll regularly maintain them via retwist every 6 weeks (at most) anyways during the beginning but u'll end up doing the most important ones urself after workouts.....And the first time u get twistees, they should clip each loc and sit you under a dry for a good long while....they wont come out from just water/sweat. I remember having the same question some years back. :russ:

gO on youtube and type in 'zayloc'......follow this kid's journey from the beginning. He has faq's and tutorials.
