Philly bouls, Trust the Process
idk if I agree, but I see where Dray is coming from and his argument has validity.

LeBron's longevity is objectively unprecedented and better than Mike's. Regardless of how you feel about the it being easier to put up numbers today(it was mad easy to put up numbers in the 80s too  ), the average player is objectively better than they used to be and LeBron has been dominating these dudes as the unanimous best player for over a decade. Especially compared to the 90s when Mike was abusing a watered down expansion era.

And Dray is of course gonna stand up for his team as the greatest ever assembled, so obviously he's gonna give the crown to the dude that beat them

And the shifts in the league during Bron's time is a great point for showing off his unprecedented versatility.

Where MJ still gets Bron in my book is he doesn't have the blemishes. Bron got historic Ls to his name like Dallas.

Its hard to make a convincing argument for a guy who is an entire hall of fame career ahead of the other guy , whilst doing it in a much tougher, more physical era.

Lebron is 6'8 260 and has good ball skills. He's a really good player. He's supposed to dominate in the no-touch era. Jordan would have laid waste and seige to this powder puff era.

And contrary to Draymond, I'm not an "old-head". I'll be 30 next year. But most of the younger fans can know who the GOAT is.

Norfeast groovin…
Correct me if I’m wrong, but in order for Apple to become what it became didn’t it need developers that were exceptionally talented enough for the level of R&D required to rapidly advance the technology to a point where much of the modern tech of Apple could be made?

I could be wrong, but I would think it would take an amazing talent breaking the mold in the past to make Apple what it is today.

Either way, basketball fans would’ve been better off ranking things by generation instead of this bullshyt. Bron gets under appreciated and MJ gets looked at as some generational barrier to the validation we want to give todays players.

Again, Dray going to ring this bell til the day he dies. Klutch, biz partners, homies, and then of course he can say "look, I played the 'GOAT' 4 times and have 3 rings against him" just like Lebron will keep parroting the 73-9 team was the "best team ever" so he can say "I came back from 3-1 on the best team ever"

It's a mutual self serving circle jerk

As a solo act it’s always gonna be Jordan over Bron. I just dislike it when people go overboard and say hyperbolic shyt like “It’s not even close! Jordan is a god!” MJ was amazing but there is no NBA equivalent to a Gretzky or a Pele.

MJ’s impact on the game will never be duplicated nor done at a higher level.

and as for him saying the game today is better, if A kid came into the league today with mikes style of play and was just as good, he would be top 5 in the NBA right now.

Close thread...not like Mike needed 20+ years in the league to get all this either
