Mj didn’t have to beat the greatest team ever assembled because he was on the best team ever assembled because of him
Jerry Krause says hello

That Jordan produced doc really got some of y'all fuked up on who was the orchestrator of those championship teams huh. Jordan obviously was a huge cog into that machine. But while he was gone, there was very little regular season drop off and they were a bad call away from going back to the ECF

The Bulls were the best team in the 1990s because of the talent advantage they had over the rest of the league. Jordan and Pippen were the two best wings in the league and they were on the same team. Like you said, they were a near 60 win team while Jordan was playing baseball :heh:

Also, they keep ignoring that the Warriors were the best team ever assembled because they had two MVPs in their primes, a DPOY, an all-star, and a FMVP off the bench. Jordan never faced a team with that assortment of talent, the only elite teams he's faced in his career were the 80s Celtics and late 80s Pistons.. Surprise surprise, he was 1-5 against those teams in the playoffs.

Nah man.. we don't count Jordans losses. Those have been hidden away from the NBA archives brah. Those Piston/Celtics losses, those losses in the 1st round, that Magic series.

Never happened. I listened to "The Breakfast Club" and I heard them say a couple times "MJ won 6 championships in a row!! And could have been more if he didn't retire!!".. That MJ machine really did a number on the casuals.

MJ was the machine. And you forget to mention they were a .500 team the next year before MJ came back.

So you're penalizing the Bulls for being great? And the Celtics/Pistons argument is missing one important point, and that's the Bulls still being a one man show at that time. Go back and look at those Bulls rosters and tell me they should've beaten those dynasties. :mjlol:

No, just adding context. Why don't ya'll apply the same excuses for Bron tho?

Is that not a one man show? Instead ya'll just cite his finals record as an argument in favor of Jordan.. Knowing damn well Jordan also lost when he was on undermanned teams going up against dynasties.

Breh Jordan was ridiculed in the late 80s and 1990 as being a ball hog, and it was said his style of play couldn't actually win a title.

And there's no excuse for 2011 that wasn't a dynasty...Bron straight up wasn't ready for the moment and choked...

It's just wild to me that you never hear Draymond singing Steph's praises like this when that's the guy who made his career what it is.

Draymond has praised Steph many times. He’s said Steph carried them to multiple chips. He’s mentioned how Steph was the one getting doubled in all those finals. He also said Steph is top 4 all time only behind Bron, MJ, and Kobe in the same interview mentioned in OP

His top 5 has changed since January though. Then it was MJ, Bron, Kobe, Magic, Steph. Now in this interview it’s Bron, MJ, Kobe, Steph, Shaq? Steph moving up is understandable since he won a ring and FMVP afterwards, but what happened since then to swap his stance on MJ, Bron, Magic, and Shaq? :yeshrug:

:dead: Jordan stans

you mean imagine Jordan playing with Shaq in the 2000s. Bron didn't team up with AD until his 17th season, Jordan retired after 15 seasons. We all saw how trash Wizards Jordan was.
Wizards Jordan would be all-nba in this league

I always say, You can have your opinions which you'll all entitled to, But you cannot have your facts.

The facts and stats speak for themselves. Pick whichever you want and keep it moving.
