I've never lived outside the city limits of Toronto.
Just to clarify, there is no shortage of black barbershops, African hair salons or black/African hair care shops in Toronto. And if you're in the know there's also no shortage of black barbers operating in the back of non barber or hair related stores and shops in Toronto.
