That narrative doesn’t make sense to me at all still to this day about Meet the grahams. There is no logical reason that everyone would listen to meet the grahams and not Family Matters especially since they basically dropped 40 minutes apart. It was Drake’s big response to the beef to date. How can you have two people in a beef yet the bigger artist in terms of popularity his response is the one that gets listened to the least at that moment? It’s the equivalent of Drake dropping back to back and no one listened because Kendrick dropped another song right after. It doesn’t add up without some level of manipulation.

The fact that most people haven’t realized what’s going especially with social media. It’s damn near turned into Drake TV with pages tracking and clocking his every move. Nothing positive for damn near 8 months. Every thing he does is negatively amplified throughout all the music social media pages and podcasters. Constantly repeating and rotating the same talking points. Rumors and opinions become fact without any clear research.

It makes no logical sense people would listen to the superior diss in a battle

dikkriding is a vile vile affliction. Seek help

Now that the same machine that built you is benefiting someone else you wanna cry foul play. I remember when Scorpion dropped and this nikka was all over my Spotify algorithm and barely listen to him.

Someone made a thread on here about it too so I know I wasn't tripping. The funny shyt is that he's the one that told Kendrick to come outside

So, Drake is sacrificing himself for the greater good of Kendrick Lamar to profit more from the song that disses him?

A Chew is Kendrick’s Jesus, now?

These are allegations anyway. He’s begging for proof from the folks he is suing so as it stands, it’s hearsay. He doesn’t want to sue because the burden of proof is on him, he’d have to provide it not vice versa.

I highly doubt NY State picks this up so it likely isn’t going to go pass this stage.
I said nothing of the sort. Drake has his own reasons for doing this. I’m saying if this is new information to Kendrick, which I would hope that it is for his sake; that he should pursue his own legal action.

That photo is filled with "meh" artists but somehow became a classic meme. Cause well...Meek.

These money eras...looking back they don't mean much.

Nothing like Run DMC, Wu, Dipset etc

Naw bro gave you the perfect explanation. The songs dropping 40 min apart dont help your case, when Kendrick’s was the response. It would be different if drake dropped after meet the grahams. 2 songs dropped back to back from Kendrick immediately after he dropped those. Taylor made and push ups literally had 11 days with no response. That’s all we had to listen to outside of the future track which preceded it.

But family matters was immediately met with 2 responses. Same day and the next a day later. And what songs were those?

First meet the grahams. Kendrick dropped that shyt so fukking fast immediately after and ruined that songs momentum. I can’t recall in hip hop history where a song was countered that quickly in that manner. It was the same day. Ok so let’s say that’s irrelevant..what comes the very next day???

Not like us

The song that set the world ablaze and got him a Super Bowl nod. The song broke records for being the longest number #1 on the rap charts. This is the people’s doing. This was the reaction to the content both artist released. Both had good content too. It’s not a conspiracy because you don’t agree in regards to that song lol. Look at the time table of the back and forth. If you still disagree , just don’t respond, because I’m literally just sending the facts . It’s simple mathematics and if a kendrick fan asked about why a diss song had such low numbers I would be more than happy to inform them why as well. If it don’t make sense to you I don’t know what to tell you. I’m not even clowning drake right now. He had some decent ones too. I do respect him for engaging in the battle

Drake - Push Ups, 4/19

Drake - Taylor Made Freestyle, 4/19

11 days of no new content benefiting the material

Kendrick Lamar - euphoria, 4/30

Kendrick Lamar - 6:16 in LA, 5/3

Drake - Family Matters, 5/3

Kendrick Lamar - Meet the Grahams, 5/3 )

Kendrick Lamar - Not Like Us, 5/4

Drake - The Heart Part 6, 5/5

exactly.

it's like clockwork for any of these artists/industries...it only becomes a problem when they aren't benefiting.
It's known that the industry is reshaping and Drake has had issues with UMG, as of yet no one knows what that issue is, but I have no sympathy for him or any major artist when 'the Juice' that has been used to boost them to the detriment of artist is no longer on their side. Where was morals when he was on top? where was the altruism when he was on top?

Imagine if Meek Mill had sued Cash Money/UMG over Back 2 Back in 2015

Meek would have lost all credibility :heh: :heh: :heh:
