TYRONE GA!
I hear people on here.

Some say Drake is crashing out etc.

But this is above the beef and will take time for me to process.

I like Drake and Kendrick.

And Drake IS under Universal Music Group.

This is more about industry corruption up at the top top.

Lies, false measurements, purchased "fame" for many.

This is a very heavy weighted/rebellious decision on Drake's part.

The majors are in bed with Spotify.

Here's to whatever happens - that in the end - all independent artists get a bigger cut of these jumbled up profits.

This is bigger than the Kendrick/Drake beef. It impacts all Spotify artists.

About the numbers it never made sense that Family Matters numbers were so low after it was Drake’s official response to Euphoria.
shyt like that might work ten years from now when fans that were 11 when this happened are talking about it but we're too close to what happened to have revisionist history work.

We saw in real time what the impact of Meet the Grahams Was. We can literally go in the threads here to see the effect of what dropping MTG an hour after Family Matters dropped was like when the entire internet said WTF and how THAT thread blew up. This effect was all over social media. The RDC skit - which dropped before Not Like Us - captures the spirit of how those two tracks right next to each other were received. People hadn't even had time to soak up FM before they were like "Drake has a daughter!!!???:damn: Why is this beat so creepy!!?:damn: Lebron keep the family away?!:damn:"

And then Not Like Us dropped the next day.

Family Matters still debuted inside the top 10 and has gone on to become platinum, with more youtube views than MTG as it got more replays after the shock of the initial week. But it doesn't take a conspiracy to see that the fans chose NLU that weekend to keep on repeat and dance to and post memes to.

So it's that inconceivable that he could have a case, huh?

These record labels are straight up, honest folks and would never do nothing shady, nope, no sir.

Why was J Cole talking about bots in his song about the beef? Long before any of this shyt even came out.
Who knows or cares what Jermaine's talking about. Obviously he ain't all seeing or he would've seen himself shutting the fukk up and never jumped. Why's he apologizing to somebody with botted up disses calling his boy a pedophile?

And if it's all true, what exactly is the "shady" part? If Heart 6 beat NLU and Aubrey won is he still suing or is it shady because he lost?

Because everybody's botted, Aubrey included and that's what'll come out too. All his and Taylor Swift's records are fugazi & manufactured and his own label he's suing helped him get the records. If everybody's botted what's the case then? He's upset he doesn't pick & choose what gets botted from other artists?

Yes, this is bigger than music but Drake is the wrong messenger as Kanye was. Artists that have benefited from the 'industry' are in no position to preach when they feel the 'industry' is no loner on their side

If Kendrick wasn’t so okay with being used as a pawn, he’d realize UMG screwed him over also and jump in on the lawsuit.

They took money out of his pocket by decreasing the licensing cost of his song by 30%, therefore incentivizing streaming sites to push it as much as they could because it lines their pockets without having to pay the barely fraction of a penny to the artist.

Kendrick literally got used as an attack dog and robbed for doing so. so let’s see if he really wants the party to die or if he’s happy just having an invitation :sas1:

Now they're saying online that Lucian is a big Zionist and he didn't like how Drake signed that celebrity cease fire petition for Gaza last year in October lol

That narrative doesn’t make sense to me at all still to this day about Meet the grahams. There is no logical reason that everyone would listen to meet the grahams and not Family Matters especially since they basically dropped 40 minutes apart. It was Drake’s big response to the beef to date. How can you have two people in a beef yet the bigger artist in terms of popularity his response is the one that gets listened to the least at that moment? It’s the equivalent of Drake dropping back to back and no one listened because Kendrick dropped another song right after. It doesn’t add up without some level of manipulation.

The fact that most people haven’t realized what’s going especially with social media. It’s damn near turned into Drake TV with pages tracking and clocking his every move. Nothing positive for damn near 8 months. Every thing he does is negatively amplified throughout all the music social media pages and podcasters. Constantly repeating and rotating the same talking points. Rumors and opinions become fact without any clear research.

Care to explain how he dominated YouTube and Apple Music too? Drake is in bed with Apple.

The majors pushing a song that is heading to to #1 is their job :dahell:

They’ve been doing it for Drake for 15 years and still :dahell:
