This episode was ass and a big ass disappointment. Fused Zamasu wasn't shyt. All that hype for nothing. Giving the potaro earrings a time limit is trash. The regular fusion dance already has one

Yall really mad about that Spirit bomb like stuff like that hasn't always been happening
- Goku was about to lose and then got healed with the Dragon balls at the last second to finish off buu
- They couldn't beat buu so they fuse which is the biggest mass pull in the series
- Gohan couldn't win so he needed gokus help who was dead
- In super Android 13 goku absorbed a spirit bomb
- They had characters get all powerful just to get absorbed by buu
- Goku going SS against freeza
- Gohan going SS2

How many times has a villain been defeated without some crazy power up or move?

Gohans wasn't built up
he saw an android get smashed an went crazy
same with Goku, he saw Krillen and then got mad
it just took hella episodes to get to the point

rage boost don't mean SS2, we've seen Gohan get mad and fukk people up plenty of times, never did we see SS2
and the way it happened was dumb
he got all mad cuz a android (that wanted to kill his dad) got destroyed
but when everyone was getting fukked up there was no problem

Cell caga is post SSJ, we know that if you get them mad enough(or when their emotions are really high) they can reach new forms, we even saw this with vegeta in the middle of the android saga
Hell, Cell knew that Gohan had more power within him, that's why he was beating on Gohan before 16 tried to blow him him up.
At that point android 16 was shown to be a peace loving android and not a ruthless killer like 17 and 18 were
16 also tried to help Gohan and everyone else
