No. Traveling through time creates alternate timelines. It's not a new concept it's a common trope in science fiction just google it. There aren't new universe they are the same 12 universes they just are separate from the other timeline. And Bulma didn't create them all she did was create a time machine.

Hmm....so from what I'm understanding, Zamasu mind is in Black while Goku's mind is in Zamasu. If that is the case, then it sounds like Zamasu "killed himself" so that Goku would die.

In a weird way, it makes some sense. We have to remember that Black has a distaste for humans and saiyans, so it couldn't be a saiyan reveal as Black. The only thing we can ascertain is the timeline is all jacked up. I'm wondering if the Super Dragonballs can fix the timeline?

Maybe Zamasu used the Super Dragonballs to bring Goku back to life while getting rid of the heart disease that was in his body. He basically wished for a brand new Goku Primed for transfer.

But the thing is Zamasu has a serious distaste of the Saiyans so IM to believe that he wants to learn as much as necessary about his future enemies. We have to keep in mind that Zamasu has gone in extreme lengths to rid the humans and Saiyans. The key ingredients here are the time rings and Super Dragonballs. He is able to use those to bend the timeline to his will. It's reasonable to say he can perhaps manipulate or traverse different universes as well.

I understand where you're coming from. My whole assumption is based on the fact that he has the time rings and Super Dragonballs so he's able to create his own "timeline" as he sees fit. With those two things in play, he pretty much becomes "God" so to speak. Of course I realize I'm doing some serious reaching here lol. Maybe Zamasu has rewrote the timeline events for his ultimate goal so he had to reset some things so that it can come into fruition.
