Yeah it will do numbers... its still a weak ass anime though. Theres nothing good about it aside from animation.
Nothing epic, nothing special, nothing iconic. The main character is bland as fukk, the yellow side character is retarded.
Its a visual spectacle and thats it.

The fights themselves are whatever. Homie always talking about what hes gonna do while fighting. I HATE that cheesy shyt.

DragonBall still the GOAT action anime. Bar none.

And Dragon Ball is still way more popular in the west than Demon Slayer even in 2021

Whoooa DBZ was a whole movement in the early 2000s. Demon Slayer or any anime for that matter can't match the impact DBZ had. Literally every Shonen anime was directly influenced from dbz. Give DB it's proper respect.

Really sad how disrespected this anime is...

Its like disrespecting your grandparents not realizing your momma aint shyt without them literally.

Disrespecting DB should get you booted from all anime discussions.

Yu Yu Hakusho and a bunch of other anime>>>>>>> DBZ . Just because this was the 1st anime y’all were put onto doesn’t make it the best. Yes DB is entertaining but from a story and character development is weaker than a lot of older and current anime.
