It was on but they could of done a hell of a lot better. Overall BoG was much better but I found the humor in super better minus pilaf crew.
Honestly it doesn't seem like the creators really give a fukk about the series no more. Seems more like a money grab the more I watch it.

I kinda feel like they rushed through this simply because it's a rehash. Once we get to the new freiza saga and beyond I'm betting things will improve.

The fight choreography and direction was was garbage, just so fukking lazy. I felt like I was watching a child clashing his toys into each over and over.

Well everyone, 15 epsiodes in the can. Season 1 of "Dragon Ball Super" is pretty much done. The next season will either going to be the retelling of "Ressurrection of Freeza" or "the Battle of Destruction Gods Tournament". Either way we are finally headed to some new characters coming up. So what's the verdict thus far? I've enjoyed the nostaliga. Yes some animation on some episodes were suspect but the same happen during Z where some of the animation was off cause of different artist for each episode. I thought Super fleshed out Battle of the Gods very well. I'm enjoying this very much and if it does go over 100 episodes we have a long way to go and many new villians and characters to be introduced.

I think if we didn't get the movies there would by more positive hype surrounding the show. TBH after seeing how the first few episodes went I wasn't that interested in this first season purely off the fact that it was a BoG retelling.
